This program is for pregnant women and families with children from birth to age 6, providing them with information and support to help give children the best start in life.

Before your baby is born:

• we can help you learn how to have a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby.

After your baby is born:

• a public health nurse will contact you at home and provide support and information.
• a public health nurse will answer questions about baby care, parenting, and supports in the community.
• a family resource worker may visit to share ideas on parenting and child growth and development.
